We offer several alternatives to placing your order online:

Shipping Instructions

Rates are based on the size and/or weight of the purchase. If an order is shipped to more than one address, there is a separate charge for each destination.
We currently offer Priority Flat Rate shipping through USPS and charge a $2.50 packaging fee. Rates range from $5.75 to $17.90 and we will always try to provide the least expensive and effective method possible. If a purchase requires additional packaging due to weight, size or fragile nature, additional charges may apply. If you need overnight shipping, please contact the store directly to request this service.


Your satisfaction is our goal. We request that you inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your order is damaged or defective. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for replacement, exchange, credit or refund within 15 days of receipt. Gift receipts will receive a merchandise credit that can be used in the store.

Please note:

  • Item(s) returned must be in original packaging and in salable condition within 15 days of purchase.
  • If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the Museum Store immediately for further instructions.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
